Since our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or other preference-based reasons. However, if you encounter any issues with damaged or defective items, we are here to help. Please review our policy below for how we handle returns and refunds in specific cases.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will be happy to replace or refund your purchase. To process a return for such items, please follow these steps:

Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item at Jake@jakeybrand.com.
Provide a clear description of the issue and attach photos showing the damage or defect.
After reviewing your claim, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, including the cost of shipping for the affected item.

2. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, we will correct the mistake at no additional cost to you. Please follow these steps:

Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item at Jake@jakeybrand.com.
Provide details of the incorrect item and any supporting photos.
We will arrange to send the correct item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

3. Exceptions to Returns

Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

Products that have been used or worn.
Incorrect size selection.
Orders where more than 14 days have passed since delivery.

4. Processing Refunds

Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
